Return Policy

All sales are final.  We are more than happy to replace parts or cages that are damaged during shipment.  All our items are carefully inspected before shipping.  In the case that you receive a damaged item, do not under any circumstances refuse the shipment.  It does absolutely no good to refuse a shipment.  Not only will the shipping company charge you for the original shipment to your residence, but they will charge you for the shipment from your residence to our warehouse as a result of refusal.

If you receive a damaged cage, simply call 703-608-2593, and we will ship the parts that you need to have replaced.
